Relationship and Couple Therapy
I offer couples an integrative approach focusing on understanding the roots of long-standing issues to enable lasting change.
I work with heterosexual, same sex couples, monogamous, polyamorous and open. I support those experiencing relationship and psychosexual difficulties, which may stem from longstanding past problems or more recent changes.
My aim is to support you in gaining a deeper awareness of the conscious and unconscious relationship dynamics which will help you to create a better understanding and enable both partners to relate to each other in a healthier way.
By providing a neutral and objective safe space to work towards rebuilding trust. The therapy helps promote intimacy, improve communication, negotiation and compromise.
We will explore unspoken hurt, toxic patterns of behaviour, pain, disappointment and resentment that limits trust and creates barriers to connection.

Couple work can involve issues relating to anger, mistrust, infidelity/affairs, addiction, lack of intimacy/sex, abuse, loss, health challenge, children/parenting, stepfamilies, separation, divorce, co-parenting, psychosexual difficulties and more.
I will work with both partners together to identify and address their underlying issues that may be causing problems in the relationship.

There may be unresolved conflict, feeling hurt by past events or disagreements.
I provide a compassionate, neutral, non-judgmental space for growth, understanding, and connection. I aim to support to navigate through your challenges, help restore trust, improve communication, and foster a deeper understanding of one another.

• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Focusing on emotions and attachment patterns to help family members better understand each other’s emotional needs and create healthier connections.
• Communication : supporting with practical tools to improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and resolve conflicts in a calm and respectful way.
• Conflict Resolution: Teaching strategies for resolving disagreements without escalating tensions, fostering a more peaceful and cooperative family environment.
